REVIEWS:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy! I accept a full compliment of Ultra-Light 2 1/16" gauges in my 1970 firebird. This fuel approximate is one of them. I wanted a partial sweep which looked similar to the original manufactory fuel gauge. I also wanted it to match the original 0-90 ohm of the factory setup. The gauge is well fabricated yet light weight, accurate and looks swell. I special ordered mine with the blackness bezel and fluorescent needle. The icing on the cake for me was the fact that they are still made in the USA. Oh, BTW cheers for having a Christmas sale, I was able to save some money! All in all, I'm very pleased with all the gauges!

Will this unit operate with a standard GM sending unit of measurement. Car is a 1965 Chevrolet Corvair? wil

Asked past: Steve D.

Thanks for your question. 1965 was the transition year for GM when they went from 0-30 ohms to 0-90 ohms. We would recommend measuring the sender to be sure.

Can this gauge piece of work with vw bug? Info says sender is 73-0 ohms.

Asked past: Anonymous

This will not work as the resistance range is reverse of what you are in need of. I would recommend using our programmable fuel level gauge P/North: 4310 or you tin can employ P/N: 4319 equally it would be the closest ohm resistance range.

To meliorate assist you I would recommend giving our tech line a call at 866-248-6357. Without knowing the resistance value of the fuel level sending unit and but going off of the year of the vehicle I would say the gauge is incorrect and y'all would demand P/North: 4319. But again I would recommend talking to our tech line so we tin can better assist you.
